Preparation

Place the beef or clean, opened fish in an oven roasting tin.
Pour the dried tomatoes or the dried tomatoes in olive oil on top of the meat.
To finish we add peppers and any other vegetables.
Roast the beef or fish in the oven accordingly to the size and type of meat.
