La Frubense SL makes every effort within it means to offer truthfully and with no typographical errors the information available in www.lafrubense.com. Should an error occur of this type, beyond the control of La Frubense SL, we will immediately introduce any updates or corrections. In case of the existence of a typographical error in any of the shown prices and if a customer has taken a purchase decision based on such an error, La Frubense SL, will communicate such error to the customer and the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase with no cost to themselves.

All the prices shown in www.lafrubense.com include the IVA.

La Frubense SL will try to the best of our ability to ensure the products shown onwww.lafrubense.com will be available and delivered at the arranged times, but should we be unable to guarantee availability or delivery times, customers will be informed All the delivery times and costs shown in www.lafrubense.com are only approximate and for information purposes and could be altered due to circumstances beyond La Frubenses S.L. control.

The customer agrees to provide a delivery address to which orders can be delivered during regular delivery times (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 18:00). In case of non compliance of this obligation by the customer, La Frubense S.L. is not responsible for any delays or losses, financial or otherwise to orders.

LLa Frubense SL allows all there customers the option of cancelling an order providing they inform us before any orders have been dispatched to the corrier for delivery. All orders received before the 14:00 hours will be processed for delivery in 24/48 hours. All orders received after the 14:00hours will be processed the next day.

According to the Spanish legislation system of distance selling, the customer will have a period of seven days from the receipt of an order to resolve the contract and return any products. The customer will communicate La Frubense S.L. within the stipulated deadline and by any means exercise their right to terminate the contract. In these cases, La Frubense S.L. will return the purchase money though a bank transfer to the customers account, money order or transfer to their personal account.

The return order will be collected by La Frubense S.L. and should be given together with the delivery order and in it’s case with the invoice issued by La Frubense S.L. If the reason of the return of the order is that the product present defects, La Frubense S.L. will run with the exchange costs.

The customer can return any article bought in www.lafrubense.com provided that the products haven’t been opened or used and keep in their original seal and packaging. In these cases, La Frubense S.L. will return the purchase money trough a transfer to a credit card or bank transfer to the customer account.

To be able to buy in www.lafrubense.com the customer is required to register. For this, it is necessary to fill out form with their personal data and set up a password, then they will be allow to navigate as an identified customer, where you can buy and access any special services offered to our customers. These personal data will be incorporated in our customer database, which complies with all the legal requirements and that be registered with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos Personales (Spanish personal data protection agency).

All purchase-sales made in www.lafrubense.com are subject to the Spanish legislation.

Assuming that any conflict o discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of the present contractual conditions, the Courts, that in each case will know the matter, will be whom decide the applicable legislation to the competent jurisdiction, either to the place of obligation or the purchase party address.

In case the purchase party has their address outside Spain, both parties submit to the courts ofGranada (Spain), expressly waiving to any other jurisdiction.
