1 Bandeja de tomate seco LA FRUBENSE o 1 bandeja de tomate seco en aceite de oliva LA FRUBENSE
Carne o pescado para asar
Pimientos y verduras secas
Elaboración
Se coloca la carne o el pescado limpio y abierto en una bandeja de horno trinchada.
Se vierte por encima de la carne o el pescado los tomates secos en aceite de oliva o se colocan los tomates secos sin aceite. Para terminar de condimentar nuestro plato añadimos pimiento y otras verduras al gusto. Asamos la carne o el pescado en el horno empleando para ello la temperatura y el tiempo estimado según el tipo de alimento y el tamaño del mismo.
